We recently stayed at a lovely hotel nestled in the forest, surrounded by nature. the view of the refreshing pond from our room was breathtaking. the service was kind, friendly, and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious, with an immense variety of choices. the spa facilities were excellent, with outdoor lakes and saunas with a pool.
That we were surprised to find that we had to pay extra for the sauna and jacuzzi.

I really enjoyed the stunning location of the hotel, set among the beautiful forest, and the large outdoor thermal park was a real highlight. The breakfast buffet had a huge choice of food and drinks, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
We had booked a room with a double bed, but upon arrival, we found that it was just two small twin beds pushed together, which was uncomfortable. the restaurant food was only average, lacking excitement and creativity.
